Great Condition!!! Very clean. This baby was very well maintained. Has 1 little nick on top of the headstock, otherwise this guitar is in excellent shape. This one has aged well.

 

PAYMENT

We accept PayPal and Credit Cards. Buyers with less than a 10 positive feedback rating must pay via paypal no less than 2 days after auction end or item will be re-listed. For all major credit card purchases, please call us at 715-842-3272.  LAY-A-WAY Agreement

Dear Customers, please read the following information before using our Layaway Plan.

The JERRY'S MUSIC Layaway Plan makes it easier for many customers to buy & pay for fine musical merchandise within 90 days of the purchase date.

1. What is Layaway?

Layaway is a purchase plan designed for customers who want to buy merchandise without using credit or paying the full price immediately.  When you use a layaway plan, you pay in full through installments before getting the merchandise.

2. How long is your Layaway Plan?

The Jerry's Music Layaway Plan is  for a maximum of 90 DAYS. There is no penalty for completing your layaway plan early.

3. How many payments do I have to make?

An initial non-refundable 25% downpayment is required within 3 days after the purchase date. If no initial layaway payment is made on your layaway plan within 3 days your order may be cancelled unless you contact us to confirm your payment date arrangement.
Your next payments can be made in as many installments as you want and at anytime within the next 90 days.

4.  What if I miss my last payment on the LAST due date?

If no payment has been made on LayAway merchandise for 30 days, a friendly reminder email will be sent to the purchaser.
 If the balance has NOT been paid off in full on the last due date, a Deadline Layaway notice will be emailed to the purchaser. This notice will give the purchaser a deadline for LAST payment.
If no further  (remaining balance) payment received within 5 days from the Deadline notice, your Lay-Away purchase will become VOID, followed with these:

Penalty: the  non-refundable downpayment of 25% of the purchase amount will be FORFEITED.
Refund:  the payment made thus far (minus the non-refundable downpayment) will be refunded back to the purchaser.
 Restock: the merchandise will be removed from Lay-Away hold and returned to stock for relisting.

5. Can I cancel my Layaway Plan ?

Yes, you can. However, The  downpayment  (25% of purchase amount) will be FORFEITED for ALL cancelled lay-away plans. That is considered as the PENALTY for keeping the item on hold which prevents seller's apportunity to sell it to other potential customers, and for the selling fees, time & cost the Seller spent.

The payment made thus far minus the 25% non-refundable downpayment will be refunded. Refunds are processed  immediately upon Mutual agreement of Layaway Cancellation.

6. What are your payment options?

U.S BIDDERS:

An additional fee of 3.0% on top of the invoice price will be charged for all paypal layaways.
Exampe: A $400.00 purchase would total $412.37 *The first payment of 25% down would be $103.09*

Paypal payment is ONLY accepted with Paypal CONFIRMED address and items will ONLY be shipped to the Buyer’s Paypal CONFIRMED address (same as your Credit Card billing address.) NO EXCEPTION.

INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS:

An additional fee of 4.0% on top of the invoice price will be charged for all paypal layaways.

Exampe: A $400.00 purchase would total $416.67  *The first payment of 25% down would be $104.17*

6. What do I need to do first if I want to buy & put an item on Layaway Plan?  

First,  Please send me an email confirming your Request to Put the item on Layaway.
Upon my approval via email, you just go ahead purchasing the item.
I will send you the original invoice of the total amount including S&H cost. Keep this invoice for your record of the total cost.
At the same time, I will send you a PARTIAL Layaway invoice for the down payment . This initial downpayment must be received within 3 DAYS. If no initial layaway payment is made on your layaway plan within 3 days your Layaway order may be cancelled unless you contact me to confirm your downpayment date arrangement.
Upon receiving your downpayment, I will issue a Layaway Payment Receipt/Record via email.

7. When will my item be shipped?

After your LAST payment has been processed your item will be released for shipping within 24 hours of your LAST payment being received.
