I bought this guitar 30 years ago as a vintage Martin. I have enjoyed it's warm tones and easy playing. Around 5 years ago I quit playing and stashed it in a closet with the strings tight. When I brought it out ...you guessed it... the top was split and raised see pictures. I took it in to a shop to have it repaired, and was told it was not a Martin, but a unknown body with a Martin neck, possibly a Harmony, Kay etc. It also came with a Martin case, that I will sell seperatly.


Can anyone identify it?


This is one beautiful guitar, with woods like I've never seen. If you can repair it you'll have a fine guitar. Maybe you only need the neck.
