This
beautiful Martin OM 28 Marquis Guitar
replicates the specifications of many
Pre-WWII 000 sized guitars. Significant features on the guitar include a
solid Adirondack spruce top with
scalloped 1/4" Adirondack braces, select Indian rosewood back & sides (with linen
reinforcing strips), modified
V-shape neck (25.4" scale, 1 3/4" nut, 2 3/8" string spacing at
bridge), as well as a bevelled and polished
tortoise pickguard,. It also features fine
herringbone top trim, 28-style rosette of black & maple fibers, zigzag
backstrip, ebony fretboard with short pattern diamond & squares inlay, tapered &
squared headstock with Golden Era
decal on Brazilian rosewood
overlay, fossil ivory nut & long saddle, fossil ivory bridge & endpins
with black dots, aging toner on top, and Martin nickel butterbean gears. (Full specs below)


To protect it, this guitar comes with
the original Geib style case, with plush wine interior.
