To the best of my knowledge, these C F Martin & Co. bridge and end pins are new. I inherited them in the case and have never used them myself. When I look at the back of each of them, I don't see any cracks or damage; however, I am not an expert on guitar accessories and cannot guarantee that they have never been used. With the exception of the smallest one, the middle of the tops look like abalone or mother of pearl or shell. The black parts seem to be a hard plastic.
