2 1/4" Deep mold KIT manufactured by KMG the leader in modern guitar construction tools and fixtures  www.kennethmichaelguitars.com   These are the most accurate, highest quality single purpose molds available anywhere. Simply the best!

 

By using computer controlled routers the mold sides are accurately cut to shape, with the outside of the form profiled as professionals demand. In addition precision location holes are drilled that allow the sides to be stacked and pinned in exact relationship to each other. The mold is made of three layers of MDF totaling 2 1/4".  Simple flat joiners are used to secure the two halves to allow for clamp space and obstruction free gluing of neck and tail blocks.
