she’s a beauty in both looks and tone. Many feel the Madagascar
rosewood is very similar in tonal properties to the highly desirable Brazilian
rosewood. This one is a 2006 model
(Serial number 125XXXX). The list on a new madi OM-28 is right at
$7600.

The Orchestra Model is just a wonderfully versatile acoustic
guitar that can serve both as a strumming instrument and fingerstyle
player. I really like it as a
fingerstyle player though most. . especially with its 1 ¾ “ nut width, 2 3/8”
bridge string spacing and scalloped bracing.

This one is just in excellent shape. No fretware or notable blemishes. Tuners are smooth. The action is perfect (to me). No binding issues. Case is included. Picking it up your just impressed she’s clean
and beautiful.

shipments on this one.

Regarding payment, most people I have dealt with have been
wonderful about sending PayPal very shortly after an auction ends. With that said, I realize sometimes a person
needs to transfer funds or they need to get physically to a place where they
can send payment and complete the transaction. . No problem at all, if you
would just help out with communications to me so I know what to expect that
would be great.

Regarding shipping, as a general practice, you should expect
your package to be shipped within 48-72 hours after payment is received,
barring a weekend or other circumstances in the middle. You certainly should
expect to see great communication from me and of course I’ll include tracking
number as I receive this from the shipping carrier.

As
an aside, I really like my 100% feedback. I work hard on describing
correctly, packing well and communication so you are pleased with the
transaction. If for some reason something unforeseen should develop,
please allow me the opportunity to correct/make right before leaving
detrimental feedback (which good Lord willing we won't have to do).

Up for bid is a Martin 000C-16RGTE Acoustic Electric Guitar. Here is the history of this instrument.... I purchased it brand new about 4 years ago. After a few months of playing, I began to notice that I was getting some scratches outside of the pickguard area, right around the edges. After videotaping myself playing, I realized that it was not the pick that was making these scratches, but the fingernails of my right pinky and ring finger. After about 2 years of playing the instrument, the scratches had turned into grooves and wear. I figured that since the face of the guitar needed repair, I would remove the pickguard completely since I didn't like the look. The pickguard area turned out to be slightly lighter in color than the rest of the guitar. So bottom line, if you aesthetically want the guitar to be perfect, it needs to be taken to a Luthier for repair. Now that I have the negative out of the way, here's the good news.... It has been well taken care of other than the scratches! The headstock is in perfect shape, with no dings or scratches. The fretboard and neck are perfect too, with some minor fret wear that one would expect from a 4 year old guitar. The sides and back of the guitar are also perfect, with absolutely no dings or scratches. The electronics work beautifully. Needs new strings and a good setup... it's been awhile. This is a good guitar, despite the wear on the face. The good news is that since a Luthier will have to repair it, you can change the color, add a custom pickguard or even add a clear pickguard (which is what I was going to do). Once it is repaired cosmetically, it will be like brand new. This guitar sells for almost $1800.00 brand new on most music equipment websites: http://www.elderly.com/new_instruments/items/000C16RGTEA.htm. Comes with case, which is in perfect condition, and no manual (I can't find it!)

This Martin guitar is just starting to come into its own after 10 years of life. The tone has definitely filled out and sweetened in the 10 years since I bought it. And it has that great earthy Martin sound.

This J-15 is made entirely of Honduran Mahogany, not Sapele. Sapele is an African wood, not a wood from the Americas. Sapele is a great wood, and is used in guitars now in place of Mahogany because Mahogany is a protected species under CITES. I have made hardwood floors from both species. Both nice, but definitely both have different qualities.

The jumbo shape gives the guitar a full, rich sound. It has great projection and can be loud if you attack it. The guitar has a great focus in that its sound is not all over the map but but really full through the mid ranges. It has a fat, organic almost elastic tone that I really like. The bass isn't boomy, but instead it's really present. The treble is beautifully clear but not sparkly.

Great for flatpicking or fingerstyle. The action is nice and low with no buzz. The action is 3/16" on the low E string at the twelfth fret. Real easy guitar to play. The guitar had a full setup with new strings about 6 weeks ago.

It's in really nice condition. Has normal wear from playing. Just a few light scuffs. No cracks in the wood. Since it's a satin finish there are no finish cracks. There is a small ding about 1/16" in diameter on the top of the body near the neck joint as shown in the pictures. The neck joint is tight and the bridge is tight on the sound board. The wood seems darker than when I first bought it and the grain is gorgeous. The grain on the East Indian rosewood on the fingerboard and on the bridge is really pretty.

It has a piezo pickup under the saddle. It had the pickup on it when I bought it. Comes with the original Martin hard case in great condition, and a Martin endpin in case you decide you don't want the pickup.

I'll start this no reserve auction at a buck. Good luck with your bid. Please ask any questions before you bid and please check my terms and conditions below.

The 'LSH' in the model name stands for "large sound hole," which gives the guitar outstanding projection. It's particularly strong in the mid-range. The neck shape is modified low oval, very comfortable and easy to play.

This one is in excellent++ condition. About as new-looking as a used guitar can be. Comes with a hardshell case, and will be packed very securely and shipped promptly upon receipt of payment. Buyer pays Paypal fees and shipping costs from British Columbia (usually around $70 to the U.S.).
